I love Naan bread and felt it was perfect for the bold flavor of these Mediterranean toppings. A quick and easy meal done in under 20 minutes!I used a garlic infused grapeseed oil, California mission figs, spinach and salty feta cheese. Finished with a sweet drizzle of honey, rounded out this amazing Mediterranean pizza.Because Naan is already baked, it baked in the oven at 450° for just 8 minutes. It came out crispy and delicious! Talk about fast!
