My absolute favorite chicken wings and so quick & easy to make in my Breville oven. Just 18 minutes and you have crispy and juicy wings!Use fresh chicken wings and separate each one into the Wing and drumette. Discard the wing tip.
I use Opa! Greek Seasoning with an additional sprinkle of oregano, red pepper flakes, garlic and lemon zest. They marinade all day or sometimes overnight. To serve, a sprinkle feta cheese over the wings is delicious. Air-Fried chicken wings are healthier and you can’t tell that they aren’t fried!
Air-Fried Greek Chicken Wings
- 12 Raw Chicken Wings Separated
- 3 Tbsp Opa! Greek Seasoning
- 2 Tbsp Oregano Dried
- 1/4 Tsp Red pepper flakes
- 1 Tbsp Lemon Zest
- 2 Cloves Garlic Finely minced
- pinch salt & pepper to taste
- 1/4 Cup Olive oil
- 2 Tbsp Parsley Finely chopped
- 2 oz Feta Cheese
Separate each chicken wing into the wing & drumette. Remove wingtip and discard.
In a small bowl, mix the Greek Seasoning, Oregano, garlic, lemon zest and red pepper flakes. Add olive oil and mix well. Pour over wings in a marinade container or zip top bag. Marinade for at least 2 hours or overnight.
Preheat your air fryer per it’s instructions.
Add wings in a single layer to the air fryer basket. Cook according to your Air-Fryer instructions or until desired doneness. I love mine crispy!
To serve, sprinkle with a little parsley and fresh feta cheese or whatever cheese you desire such as Parmesan
If you do not have an air fryer, you can bake these in the oven at 400° for 45-60 minutes, or until desired doneness.
