Orange and lemon zest, garlic and Paprika make these lobster tails even more delicious.
In a small bowl add the lemon and orange zest, minced garlic, Paprika and olive oil, mix well.
Using kitchen shears, cut each lobster tail up the front and back just to the start of the tail.
Carefully pry open the top so that you can add the marinade. Do the same on the bottom. Let sit 30 minutes.
Or you can grill your lobster tails for 7 to 8 minutes per side until they reach 140°
Once the lobster tails have reached temperature, let rest for 10 minutes. Break open the shell & enjoy!
