Mediterranean Sirloin with Sweet Potatoes

  • 2 Sirloin Steaks
  • 1/2 Red onion sliced
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon Olive Oil
  • 1 tablespoon Greek Seasoning Blend
  • 1/2 teaspoon Rancher Style Steak Rub
  • 2 strips bacon chopped
  • 1 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon Rancher Style Steak Rub


  1. Add steak, onion, lemon juice, Olive Oil, Greek Seasoning, and Rancher Steak Rub to a freezer bag and seal. Squeeze bag to combine ingredients.
  2. Let marinade for at least 1 hour or overnight
  3. Heat grill on high for initial sear, lower to medium and grill for 3-4 minutes per side or done to your liking.
  4. Heat small nonstick skillet over medium heat. Cook bacon for 5-10 minutes or until crispy, stirring occasionally.
  5. Remove bacon, add Olive Oil, Rancher Steak Rub, and sweet potatoes to skillet and stir to coat.
  6. Cook for 15 minutes, stirring occasionally, until potatoes are crisp. Mix in bacon. Slice steak and serve with sweet potato hash.
