If you’re a fan of citrus and herbs then this chicken dish is for you. I used 3 types of citrus (orange, lemon and lime) and a punch of spice and herbs. Marinade overnight and roast it up until the chicken skin is super crispy. I love citrus, lemon, orange, lime…. but crispy chicken skin? Yes ma’am!
