Something green and something different, these crispy Parmesan green beans hit the spot. Quick and easy they ended up as an afternoon snack for my Grandson and I. Baked at 450° for just 15 minutes, it doesn’t get easier than this.
We dipped them in Greek yogurt ranch and there was not one crumb left.

Crispy Parmesan Baked Green Beans
Ingredients
- 1 1/2 Pound fresh green beans trim ends
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 cup Panko bread crumbs
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 tablespoons parsley finely chopped
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions

Preheat oven to 450°. Lightly spray olive oil over an aluminum foil (or parchment paper) lined baking pan. Set aside.

Gather 3 small/medium bowls.

In the first bowl add Panko, Parmesan, parsley, salt, and pepper.

In the next bowl, add eggs and 2 Tbsps of water. Wisk.

In the third bowl, add flour with onion and garlic powders. Mix well.

Begin by dredging beans in flour, then in egg, and end in Panko. Coat well.

Place beans on prepared baking pan in a single layer. Repeat until all of the beans are coated in Panko mixture.

Bake for 14-18 minutes, or until coating turns golden brown and crispy.

Remove from oven and cool for 5 minutes.

Serve with ranch dressing & enjoy!
