When everyone is out and you really don’t feel like making a mess in the kitchen just for yourself, turn to a sheet pan meal. I made a marinade with hot sauce, butter, and a little white wine vinegar. I let the chicken marinade all day and with out any prep, I put the sheet pan in the oven. Dinner was ready in just 30 minutes with no dishes to do!
Spicy Sheet Pan Chicken with Parmesan Asparagus
A meal for one or for many, sheet pan meals are so quick and easy. One chicken breast or four, dinner is on the table in no time and clean up is a breeze!
- 2 Tbsp Hot Sauce I used Frank's
- 2 Tbsp Butter Melted
- 1 tsp White wine vinegar
- 2 Tbsp Ranch dressing
- 1 Chicken breast
Place chicken breast in a zip-top bag. Mix ingredients in a small bowl and pour over chicken. Marinate all day or over night.
Prep sheet pan, I used parchment paper or spray with Olive oil spray. Add chicken to one side and asparagus to the other.
Spray asparagus and add salt & pepper. Sprinkle parmesan cheese over the asparagus and bake for 30 minutes or until the chicken reaches 165°
Transfer to a plate, drizzle chicken with ranch dressing, put the sheet pan in the dishwasher and enjoy your dinner!
