Alone for dinner and not wanting to dirty the kitchen, this sheet pan meal was born. I placed a marinated pork chop and some green beans in the oven and 20 minutes later dinner was on the table.
How easy is that? And clean up was a breeze!
You can also easily double or triple this recipe if you would like to make this for your family too!

Asian Pork Chop with Roasted Green Beans
A quick and easy sheet pan meal. All it took was a zip-top bag, some marinade and a sheet pan!
Ingredients
- 1 Tbsp Soy sauce
- 1 Tbsp Honey
- 1 Tsp Fresh Ginger Grated
- 1 Garlic clove Minced
- 1 Pinch Red pepper flakes
- 2 Tbsp Olive Oil
- 1 Pork chop
- .25 Lb Fresh Green Beans
- 1 can Pineapple rings If desired

Place marinating gradients into a zip top bag and add the Porkchop. Smush around until completely covered and refrigerate all day or over night.

Pre-heat oven to 400°

Prep a small sheet pan with oil spray or parchment paper. Place the pork chop on one end and top with pineapple slices. Place the Green beans of the other side and drizzle with olive oil and add salt and pepper.

Bake for 20 minutes or until the temperature reaches 145° Tent with aluminum foil and let rest for 10 minutes.

Plating is easy, place the pork chop next to the green beans on the plate or on top of the green beans and serve.
