I love turkey burgers. When they’re done correctly, they’re not dry and they taste amazing. Add some spinach, garlic, some herbs and feta cheese and you will have a tasty and juicy turkey burger that you’ll make over and over again.

In a medium skillet, heat to medium-high. Add 1 Tbsp of Olive Oil and add the burgers, turning occasionally, until browned on both sides, 8-10 minutes or until they reach 165°.
In a small bowl, toss the spinach and strawberries. Add 3 Tbsp of olive oil and the juice of 1 lemon; season with salt and pepper. Sprinkle with feta cheese if desired.
Toast the rolls. Add the burgers and top with guacamole or whatever you desire. Serve with a simple salad. Opa!
