This spicy chicken is amazing and better than takeout! Easy to make and much cheaper than delivery!
Korean Chicken Skewers
- 2 lb boneless and skinless chicken breasts cubed
- 1 1/2 tablespoons Korean chili paste gochujang
- 1 teaspoon chili powder
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 1/2 tablespoons brown sugar
- 2 tablespoons oil
- 1 tablespoon ginger grated
- 3 cloves garlic grated
- Salt to taste
Combine all the ingredients in a bowl, whisk it to make sure everything is dissolved and well combined.
Marinate the chicken for at least two hours.
Grill the chicken until completely cooked through. If you would like to cook indoors, you may also use a grill pan or bake in the oven at 400F for about 20 - 25 minutes.
Serve with asparagus or whatever side you desire such as rice.
